What countries do you ship to?

We ship to all EU member states, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, Russia, Turkey, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and other MENA countries. Shipping is available from our warehouse in Turkey with tracked delivery to your door.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by region: EU countries 5–10 business days, UK 7–12 business days, Russia 10–18 business days, UAE and MENA 7–14 business days, Turkey 2–4 business days. All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Is shipping free?

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €75 within the EU. For orders under €75, a flat rate of €5.90 applies. International shipping rates vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes, all orders are shipped with full tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched. You can track your package in real time through our website or the carrier’s tracking page.

Do you ship to Russia and the UAE?

Yes, we ship to both Russia (via EMS/CDEK) and the UAE (via Aramex). Please note that customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Most of our products offer dual installation options: adhesive mounting (no drilling required) and screw mounting for maximum hold. Each product comes with detailed installation instructions and all necessary hardware. Adhesive pads support up to 5 kg, while screw mounting supports up to 15 kg.

What is the weight capacity?

Weight capacity varies by product and installation method. Adhesive-mounted products typically support 3–5 kg, while screw-mounted products support 8–15 kg. Specific weight limits are listed on each product page under specifications.

Are the products safe for children?

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. You may return any unused product in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked.

How do I initiate a return?

To start a return, email us at returns@filorahome.com with your order number. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions within 24 hours. Simply pack the item securely and drop it off at your nearest shipping point.

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund is issued to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to appear in your account.

Can I exchange a product?

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures the fastest processing time.

What if my product arrives damaged?

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free return pickup and send a replacement or issue a full refund including all shipping costs. All products are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
