Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement governs the terms and conditions of purchases made through filorahome.com.

Parties

Seller: Filora Home (Rota Home Metal Cam Plastik San. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti.), Istanbul, Turkey. Email: info@filorahome.com. The Buyer: The natural or legal person placing an order through filorahome.com.

Subject of the Agreement

This agreement governs the sale and delivery of products ordered by the Buyer through the Seller's website (filorahome.com). The Buyer acknowledges that they have read and understood the product descriptions, prices, payment methods, and delivery conditions before placing the order.

Product Information

Product specifications, prices, and images are displayed on the product pages. Prices are in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT. The Seller reserves the right to update prices without prior notice. The price applicable to the Buyer is the price displayed at the time of order placement.

Payment

Payment is collected at the time of order placement. Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna, SEPA Direct Debit, iDEAL. All transactions are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment processors.

Delivery

Products are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer during checkout. Standard delivery: 5-10 business days. Express delivery: 2-4 business days. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, customs processing, or third-party carriers.

Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this agreement within 14 days of receiving the products, in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU. To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing (email to returns@filorahome.com). The Buyer must return the products within 14 days of notification. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned products.

Warranty

All products are covered by a 2-year legal warranty against manufacturing defects, in accordance with EU Directive 1999/44/EC. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. EU consumers benefit from mandatory consumer protection provisions of their country of residence. For disputes, the competent courts are in Istanbul, Turkey, without prejudice to the consumer's right to bring proceedings in their country of residence.
