These terms and conditions govern your use of the Filora Home website and the purchase of products from our online store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Filora Home reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna, SEPA, and iDEAL payments.
Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details and tracking information.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship to all EU countries. Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days. Free shipping is available on orders over €50. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers.
Returns & Exchanges
In accordance with EU consumer rights (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
To initiate a return, contact us at returns@filorahome.com. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
Warranty
All Filora Home products come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear. To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service.
Limitation of Liability
Filora Home shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU or national law.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. However, if you are a consumer residing in the EU, you also benefit from the mandatory provisions of consumer protection laws in your country of residence.
Any disputes shall be resolved through the competent courts in Istanbul, Turkey, without prejudice to your right to bring proceedings in your country of residence under EU consumer protection regulations.
