Shipping Destinations
We ship to all EU member states, including Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Poland, Sweden, and more. We also ship to Switzerland, Norway, and the United Kingdom.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days (free on orders over €50). Express Shipping: 2-4 business days (€9.90 flat rate). All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery times start from the date of dispatch, not the order date.
Shipping Costs
Orders over €50: Free standard shipping across Europe. Orders under €50: €4.90 flat rate for standard shipping. Express shipping: €9.90 regardless of order value. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Customs & Import Duties
For EU countries: No additional customs duties or import taxes. All prices include applicable VAT. For non-EU countries (Switzerland, Norway, UK): Import duties and local taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through our shipping partner's website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes. Some remote areas may experience longer delivery times. We reserve the right to refuse shipments to certain regions due to logistical constraints.
